Help a finder start the conversation.
Put a Qubei QR label on an item so someone who finds it can reach you through their phone browser. A bag, set of keys, or other belonging can have its own QR without displaying a personal phone number.
Create your QR on your phoneMake a label for the item
Sign in with Google, choose Other, and use a name you will recognize in your inbox. Customize the greeting to explain that the QR is a way to reach the owner. You can keep up to 10 QR codes and delete an old one when it is no longer needed.
Print and test the QR
Download the PNG or printable PDF. Keep enough white space around the code and make sure it remains easy to scan when placed on the item. Check the printed result with another phone before relying on it. Enable and test your message notifications before activating the sticker.
Talk before sharing personal details
A finder can send a text or supported photo and read your reply in the same browser. The sticker does not reveal your phone number or Google profile. Decide for yourself what details are appropriate to share when arranging a return.
A Qubei label is not a GPS tracker and cannot locate an item automatically. A conversation ends after 30 minutes; restricted records follow the Privacy Policy. Take normal precautions when communicating with someone you do not know.
